The Importance of Exercise be it #BDSM or otherwise…

If you want to be doing scenes like that portrayed above, have hours of mind-shattering orgasmic sex or just the ability to place your stomach muscles in the right place for achieving an orgasm… you’re probably going to need to exercise.

People who exercise have better sex lives. FACT.

The reasons are many and varied… if you exercise you have more stamina and your ability to achieve orgasm will be greater. You will probably feel more confident in your body shape, have more energy and feel that you are more appealing to the opposite sex.

Studies have shown that women who frequently exercise become aroused more quickly and are able to reach an orgasm faster and more intensely.

And the bottom line: If you exercise you’re going to be healthier.

So, what can you do about it?

  • Find an exercise you enjoy, be it running, swimming, walking, cycling or going to the gym
  • Start slowly. No-one becomes an athlete overnight and if you’re thinking of taking up running, bear in mind that for the first few weeks you probably won’t be able to achieve more than a couple of minutes running between periods of brisk walking.
  • Set yourself achievable goals. If you want to be that tiny swimsuit before your vacation comes along, then post a picture of it on your fridge, or wherever it is likely to motivate you every morning. It might be the Christmas Party and the little black dress, it might be a photo shoot – it could be anything, as long as it’s personal to you.
  • If it helps, find a friend and you can help motivate each other. A gym partner, running partner etc. can help make sure that you don’t miss those all-important sessions.

Excuses?

I’m overweight, I hate exercise, I can’t afford gym membership…

If you’re overweight… then exercise will gradually help get you back in shape. Remember to take it easy at first, and if your heavily overweight go and talk to your doctor and see what he suggests. A gentle walk everyday is probably a good way to start. You can gradually increase the distance and the speed as the weeks go on.

You hate exercise? Well, sex is exercise and you don’t hate that do you? It’s finding something that suits you and gives you little challenge everyday. A little bit of suffering never did anyone any harm…

I can’t afford gym membership – if you have a pair of trainers and a t-shirt, then running or walking won’t cost you a penny!

Well, that’s all for today, but I’ll pop a sample beginner’s walking/running schedule here next week for anyone that’s interested in giving it a go.

So what are you waiting for, get those feet moving. You’ll be glad you did.
