#ANAL SEX – 5 Myths Busted

anal sex

Whilst it might hurt the first time and for a few seconds on each subsequent try at the beginning, this is often because your partner may be rushing entry and will not have your primed you properly. Use lots of lube (essential!) and try with a single finger, progress to small insertables (butt-plugs) before going the whole hog. A little bit of clitoral stimulation will help relax you, too. The more tense your body is, the more chance that the entry will hurt.

If your vagina can stand up to child birth and go back to normal, the anus has little to worry about when talking about the girth of a penis. As long as you use plenty of lubricant, you’ll come out of the experience unscathed and unhurt. Just take things slowly to begin with.

Actually, believe it or not your mouth is one of the dirtiest places on your body. It’s dark, warm, moist and breeds bacteria like you wouldn’t believe. There is very little fecal matter inside the lower part of the rectum and providing your man washes with antibacterial soap after the event, you’re all ready to go again! Never go from anal to vaginal sex without washing, though, as it could cause an infection. Pretty much like washing your hands after blowing your nose… keep everything squeaky clean!

Like previously mentioned above, if childbirth hasn’t managed to do that with your vagina, then indulging in anal sex is hardly likely to have your bottom falling inside out! You probably won’t want to start inserting peanut butter jars up there (and some people do! Β clickΒ here) but ordinary anal sex is not going to permanently harm you in any way.

Unfortunately, STD’s are very easily spread through the thin lining of the anal walls… so you’ll still need to use condoms to make sure you stay safe. Always better safe than sorry!

And what is, pray tell? It’s each to their own these days and a lot of women are discovering a LOT of pleasure in anal sex if it’s done properly. Without doubt it has lost is ‘disgusting’ tag and is prominently on the rise, not least down to movies such as 50 Shades of Grey. It’s not a naughty word anymore and if you try it… you just might like it! LOTS…

Actually, that was 6 myths busted, but who’s counting?

  1. While I agree myths should be busted, it is important to realize that all bums are not alike. While some can take a cock up the ass with great aplomb, for others it is a painful experience no matter how much lube and TLC are given to help the situation. As I like to say – some people are just not ass people. And that’s okay too.

  2. It’s like everything you try the first time…..a lit TLC goes long way, and as long as your partner realises it’s not all about him, you can both have an enjoyable experience. I definitely agree, that clitoral stimulation is the key to total satisfaction. But I also concur that it’s not to everyone’s taste. If you’re open minded, the experience can be rewarding. πŸ˜‰
